How we work

We look for optimizing your company´s executives time distracting them the least from their daily activities and making the process more efficient when collecting data and sending of reports by the use of electronic means. This help to shorten the total time requeired by each project.

Initially, we set an appointment with senior managers of your company in order to be acquainted of your company´s actual situation and define the services you want to hire from us. Thereafter, we send you our services proposal which includes our cost and work schedule.

Once our proposal is accepted, we sign a service agreement and people who will be assigned to the project will be designated both by your company and our firm. Next, we send you the information list we need to start with our work. Later on, we will have follow up meetings with your senior managers.
